Web Design Discovery Meeting

At Phase 3, we begin each website by listening. We sit down with every client to learn about their industry, business, and daily operations. We develop a deep understanding before we commence with the site development, resulting in a site that has a more effective informational architecture.

Web Design Meeting

We strive to ask the right questions. The better we know the business, the better we are at developing a viable solution that will exceed expectations and make the online venture profitable. At this stage of the process, we discuss colors, fonts, images, logos and other brand identity components, as well as the site's information architecture.

Graphic Rendering

Once the business identity is determined, we begin with producing graphic illustrations of what we visualize the site will look like. This process combines all of the input received during the discovery and design processes as well as our expert knowledge and investigative research to culminate in a rendering that will astound. At this phase of the process, the informational architecture is finalized and site copy is in the final revision mode.

Web Design Construction

When a final look is established and the client signs off on the graphic proof, we begin the coding behind-the-scenes. This may involve programming, implementing and developing a database, constructing an ecommerce engine, or animating in Adobe Flash®. A very time consuming and lengthy process, the construction phase is the most intense aspect of the development process. By this point, all site content, additional imagery and any other outside information is finalized and received by Phase 3.

Website Launch

Once the coding is done and all of the content has been inputted, we post the website live. With most websites there will be numerous adjustments after the site goes live. As part of our wholehearted commitment to our clients, we continue working with them until all the bugs are worked out and they are completely satisfied with their new web-based masterpiece.

From start to finish, the entire process is normally completed within a couple months for an everage size business. This time span is heavily dependent upon receiving all of the necessary materials from the client. We are flexible and work hard to meet all requirements.
