Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Phase 3 collects, uses, protects, and shares information when someone visits this website, requests a quote, starts a Website & Visibility Checkup, applies for business project financing information, contacts Phase 3, or interacts with a Phase 3 text-message program.

Information we collect

Depending on the page and the information someone chooses to provide, Phase 3 may collect contact and business information such as name, business name, title, email address, phone number, website address, service interest, project objectives, message content, and related business context. The website may also collect technical and usage information through cookies, analytics, and similar technologies used to operate, secure, improve, and measure the website.

The preliminary business project financing page is intentionally limited. Do not submit Social Security numbers, taxpayer IDs, bank or routing numbers, payment-card information, passwords, credit reports, or other sensitive account information through public website forms or ordinary email.

How Phase 3 uses information

Phase 3 may use information to respond to requests, prepare or discuss a scope or quote, schedule a conversation, operate and improve the website, provide requested services, protect against spam or misuse, meet legal obligations, and communicate about the specific request. Information may also be used to maintain appropriate records of submitted consent and opt-out requests.

Text-message consent and choices

Phase 3 uses separate, optional checkboxes for different text-message purposes. The Contact page checkbox concerns messages about a submitted inquiry and related customer service. The Get Started checkbox concerns recurring marketing and promotional messages about Phase 3 services. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, a quote, a checkup, or a service.

For either program, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. A recipient may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Phase 3 records the consent language, page, date/time, and submitted phone number through the approved form platform before a text program is activated. Mobile opt-in data and text-message consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How information is shared

Phase 3 may share information with service providers that help operate the website, host the CMS, deliver forms, schedule meetings, provide analytics, deliver communications, protect security, or provide services requested by the visitor. Those providers should receive only the information needed for their role and should be contractually required to protect it. Phase 3 may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transition.

Security and retention

Phase 3 uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information it handles. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, for business records, or as required by law, then securely deleted or de-identified where practical.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or more information about the personal information Phase 3 maintains about you, subject to applicable law and reasonable identity verification. You can also withdraw text-message consent by replying STOP. To make a privacy request, contact info@phase3.net or call (805) 424-8178.

Updates

Phase 3 may update this policy when website practices, form providers, messaging programs, or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the most recent revision.
