These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Phase 3 website and related request forms. They are not a service agreement, statement of work, quote, financing agreement, or guarantee of a specific result.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit false or harmful information, bypass security controls, collect information from the site without permission, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Quotes, projects, and payment options

Information on this site, including market reference ranges and service descriptions, is general information only. A project begins only after Phase 3 and the client agree in writing to the scope, price, timing, responsibilities, and other applicable terms. A quote request, checkup request, payment-option inquiry, or preliminary financing application does not create a contract, approval, or obligation for either party.

Text-message terms

By voluntarily selecting the applicable SMS checkbox and submitting a form, you agree to receive the message category described beside that checkbox at the phone number you provided. Contact-form consent covers response and customer-service messages about that inquiry. Get Started consent covers recurring marketing and promotional messages about Phase 3 services. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Text messages may be sent using an automated system. Example marketing message: “Phase 3: Practical ideas for a stronger website and customer path. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg frequency varies. Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by or licensed to Phase 3 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the content beyond ordinary personal or internal business reference without written permission.

Phase 3 does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or appropriate for every situation.
